Breakages
If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, simply email me a photo of the damaged bottle(s) within 2 working days of the date of delivery and I will issue you with the relevant replacement bottle(s) at no additional charge. Artis Wines does not warrant against any property damage or personal injury caused by the broken bottle(s).
Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee
In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a wine purchased from the Artis website, I am more than happy to provide you with a full refund for purchases of the relevant wine (excluding freight costs). This policy is only applicable for wines purchased from this website, (www.artiswines.com.au). Freight charges deducted from the refund will be actual charges incurred by Artis Wines and may exceed any freight charges included with the purchase. To avoid confusion, a flat rate of $10 shipping may be applied at the checkout, but the actual shipping costs incurred by Artis Wines may be $40 or more and it will be this amount deducted from the refund.
You must let me know that you are not satisfied within 14 days of buying the wine and I’ll refund you in full (excluding freight costs) an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened bottle only.
You will be required to return the remaining unopened bottles of the wine in question to me in Stepney, South Australia, for a quality inspection, and you will assume responsibility of risk and all associated freight costs. All refunds are processed within 7 days from the date that the remaining wines are returned to me.
If I reasonably believe that a buyer is abusing my Quality Guarantee, I reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee in relation to that buyer and cancel any pending orders.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
Delivery Policy
I only deliver wine to addresses within Australia.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. I will then attempt to deliver your purchase/s personally, or via a courier service. Depending on your location within Australia, the delivery time will vary between 1 and 10 days. Further delays may be encountered due to natural disasters, such as floods or bushfires, or during heat waves. Generally, I will contact you via email if such a delay is likely to occur.
